hope you’re alright :/ depending on the situation it’ll get better. since me and my ex are attempting to not acknowledge the others existence now i know it’ll get easier. it still hurts like absolute hell but it’s only been a week! all you need is family and friends around you and it’s fine. mine have been awesome and they’ve made me realise a lot!
